One record. Every desk. Every change accounted for.
Sales, dealing, wealth, service and quoting desks on one customer record — with three independent SLA clocks, discount policies that name who signs, and a drill from the whole company to one person. Built by Simcomm for broking houses, NBFCs, insurers and system integrators.
Or open the demonstration — no form, seeded data, full feature set.
Schematic — one case on a desk
Settlement file not received
Example Securities Pvt Ltd · Desk: Operations · P2
The resolution clock is paused because the case is waiting on the customer. The update clock is not — you still owe them a status. Most tools run one clock and lose this distinction.
What AcuityQ is
Eleven modules that already know each other
Every desk reads the same organisation, the same contacts and the same history. A lead deduped on Monday, a case raised on Tuesday and a quote issued on Thursday are visibly the same customer — without an integration, a nightly sync, or a spreadsheet in between.
Front office
Sales desk
A day’s agenda, smart-view buckets by where the lead actually stopped, an in-product dialler, and meetings that are logged where they happened.
Dealing desk
Live portfolio fetched at open and never cached, product comparison that re-ranks per client, calculators, and post-trade checking of every instruction.
Wealth & field desk
A named book, portfolio reviews on a cadence per segment, geo-verified meetings, and a mobile workspace that keeps working with no network.
QuoteDesk
Quotes built from a bill of materials per vendor, discounted inside a policy that names the approver, issued as one versioned customer document.
Partner desk
A workspace for franchise partners and other non-employees: masked contacts, dialling through the platform, scope that stops hard at their own code.
Oversight
Command centre
Enterprise to line of business to zone to region to branch to person — one drill, six levels, every chart and table obeying the same scope.
Reporting & analytics
Dashboards per desk and role, scheduled reports to named recipients, exports that carry the filters that produced them, and a Power BI route for the rest.
Foundation
Customer 360 & portal
One customer record every desk reads, holdings fetched live and never persisted, and a self-service portal writing to the same case the agent is working.
Governance & administration
Capabilities rather than tiers, an entitlement matrix you can read, a four-layer taxonomy, integration hub, DPDP controls and an audit trail with no off switch.
What this replaces
Three things you are probably living with
A shared mailbox pretending to be a service desk
Everyone can see it, nobody owns it. Two people reply, or nobody does. When a customer asks what happened to a request from March, the answer is a search and a guess.
Quotes in spreadsheets that disagree with each other
The version the customer has, the version on the shared drive and the version in the rep's mail are three different prices. The discount was approved verbally, if at all.
An SLA nobody can evidence
The contract says four hours. Nothing measures four hours. At renewal, or at an audit, the honest answer is that you believe you met it.
AcuityQ does not fix a process you have not decided on. It makes the one you decide on enforceable, and it records what actually happened. If you do not yet know who signs a 22% discount, the software cannot tell you — but it will stop the quote until somebody does.
Getting there
Four steps, not a programme
- 01
Map the desks
Who answers what, in which order, and what happens when they do not. Usually half a day with the people who actually run the queue.
- 02
Set the policy
SLA targets and pause conditions. Discount bands and the name against each one. Roles and what each role may do. This is the part that decides whether the rest works.
- 03
Bring the data
Organisations, contacts, open cases, the current price book. Migration is scoped and quoted; it is the one line that moves most between deployments.
- 04
Run it, then evidence it
Go live on one desk, not all of them. The reporting that proves the SLA is the same reporting your team uses daily — not a separate exercise at quarter end.
In production
Sector strip pending confirmation
Words, not logos, until written permission is on file for each name.

Ask us something specific
Four fields. A person replies within one working day — not an automated sequence.
Or look before you talk
The demonstration estate is open, ungated and seeded with data that looks like a real broking desk. Full feature set, no sign-up, resets on a schedule.
Opens in a new tab. Nothing you enter there is kept.
