Look first, or talk first. Your choice.

The demonstration is not behind this form. If you would rather open it and poke at it for ten minutes before speaking to anybody, that is the sensible order and the link is right here.

demo.acuityq.ai is a full, seeded AcuityQ with the whole feature set switched on. Open it, break it, close it. We will not know who you were and nobody will call you.

  • Seeded data — an invented broking desk with cases mid-clock, quotes mid-approval and a populated price book. No real customer's data is in it.
  • Full feature set — nothing is hidden behind a "request access" button, including the parts we are least proud of.
  • It resetshow often the demo estate resets, and what resets it. Anything you type into it is deleted on the reset, so do not put anything real in there.
  • No sign-up — No sign-up and no password. The demonstration opens signed in as a seeded operations user.

Opens in a new tab, so you keep this one. It is a separate site with its own session — this page never sees anything you do there, and we pass it no name, e-mail or reference.

Book a walkthrough

The demo shows you what the software does. A walkthrough shows you what it would do with your desks, your SLA targets and your discount bands. That is a different conversation and it is usually the faster one.

  • With someone who built it — not a scripted overview read from the same deck everyone gets.
  • Scoped to your sector — tell us broking, NBFC, insurance or integration and we will start from that.
  • Bring the hard question — the SLA you cannot currently evidence, or the discount that got signed and should not have. Those make the half hour worth it.
  • A reply within one working day — from a person, with times, not an automated sequence.

Nine fields, five of them optional. The optional ones make the meeting better; skipping them costs you nothing.

What is worth looking at first

Four things in the demonstration that are hard to see in a screenshot and are the reason people buy AcuityQ™ rather than a generic CRM.

A paused clock

Open any case set to "Awaiting customer". The resolution clock pauses; the update clock does not.

A blocked quote

Try to issue a quote at 18% off. It stops, names who has to sign, and records the ask.

The change trail

Any record, any field. Who, what, from, to, when — and no way to edit it from inside the application.

Routing that shows its work

Raise a case and read why it landed where it did: desk rule, then the agent's skill, load and shift.
