Platform · Wealth & field desk

A book that gets reviewed, on a cadence you set.

A wealth relationship is lost quietly — no complaint, no exit call, just a review that did not happen for three quarters. AcuityQ makes the cadence a property of the segment rather than a note in somebody’s diary, and shows what is at risk before it leaves.

What it does

Six things, stated plainly

Book overview with churn risk

Net new money and revenue against target, AUM by segment, reviews due this quarter, and the at-risk AUM ranked so the largest exposure is the first thing on the screen.

Relationships, not rows

Segment builder and saved filters — dormant beyond 45 days, KYC pending, no SIP, heavy margin usage — with a bulk broadcast that respects consent and channel preference.

Reviews with a defined pack

Performance net of costs since the last review, concentration and correlation flags, idle cash and unused margin, products held against products suitable, open cases, and consent and nominee status. Generated, not assembled by hand.

Geo-verified field work

Start-of-day check-in with a live photo, a geo-fence radius configurable per branch, and a meeting pin that must fall within a tolerance of the client’s address on file. Mismatches are flagged, not silently accepted.

Offline by design

Add a lead, log an activity, log a meeting and check in all work with no network. Entries queue with their original timestamp, not the sync timestamp — which is the difference between a record and a reconstruction.

Distance reconciled

The day’s route is reconstructed from check-ins and compared with the claim. It is a small thing that removes a recurring and unpleasant conversation about expenses.

Screen flow

A portfolio review, end to end

The cadence is per segment. Everything below it is the same for every client in that segment.

  1. Review falls due

Cadence is a property of the segment — quarterly for premium, half-yearly for mass affluent, and configurable. The due date is not a reminder somebody set.

    Automatic
  2. Pack generated

Performance net of costs, concentration flags, idle cash, suitability gaps, open cases and consent status, pulled live.

    Automatic
  3. Meeting scheduled

Physical or video. A physical meeting carries the client’s address so the geo-check has something to compare against.

    Wealth RM
  4. Check-in at the meeting

Live photo from the camera, not the gallery. The pin must fall within tolerance of the address on file or the meeting is flagged.

    Gate
  5. Outcomes raised as actions

Each agreed action becomes a task with an owner and a date, and where it produces a quote, QuoteDesk picks it up on the same customer record.

    Wealth RM
  6. Attributed

Revenue arising within the attribution window is linked back to the review, so the cadence can be defended as a business decision rather than a ritual.

    Automatic

How it actually behaves

What the field controls actually enforce

Geo-tagging is easy to implement badly — as surveillance, or as a checkbox that proves nothing. These are the settings and what each is for.

ControlDefaultWhat it is for
Geo-fence radius150 mConfigurable per branch. A dense urban branch and a district office are not the same problem.
Meeting tolerance500 mThe meeting pin must fall within this of the address on file, or the meeting is flagged for the branch head.
Photo sourceCamera onlyNo gallery upload. EXIF is stripped and the face is not stored — the photo proves presence, it is not biometric data.
Offline queueOriginal timestampAn entry made at 11:40 with no signal syncs as 11:40, not as 18:05 when the phone found a tower.

Geo-verification is switched on per branch, not globally. Where it is off, meetings are logged without a pin and the reporting says so rather than showing a gap.

Who works here

The roles this module belongs to

AcuityQ™ is one platform. What a person sees is decided by the capabilities their role holds and the scope they sit in — see every role side by side.

Manager / supervisor

Sees the whole organisation and can drill from it to one person without changing screen. Sets targets, thresholds and escalation policy, and approves the transfers that move a book from one person to another.

Private wealth / branch RM

Carries a named book rather than a queue. Reviews run on a cadence per segment, meetings are geo-verified where the branch requires it, and the whole workspace works on a phone with no network.

Honest limits

What this module does not do

Stated here so nobody spends a procurement cycle discovering it. If one of these is a requirement, say so early and we will tell you whether it is on the roadmap or simply not our product.

It is not a portfolio management system

AcuityQ reads holdings and performance from the systems that own them. It does not compute NAV, rebalance, or place orders.

It does not give advice

The review pack shows suitability gaps and concentration flags. What to recommend is the relationship manager’s judgement under your own advisory framework.

Offline is a workspace, not the whole product

Capture works without a network. Live portfolio, the dialler and reporting need one, and the app says which is which rather than failing quietly.

Questions

What a buyer asks in the second meeting

Is geo-tagging compulsory?

No. It is enabled per branch, and where it is off the reports say meetings were logged without verification rather than leaving an ambiguous blank. Making it compulsory everywhere is a policy decision you take, not one the software takes for you.

What is held on the phone?

The offline queue — activities, meetings, a GPS fix and the check-in photo — encrypted on the device until it syncs, then removed. Portfolio and holdings are never available offline because they are never stored at all.

Can the review cadence differ by client rather than by segment?

Segment sets the default and a client can be overridden individually, with the override recorded. What is not available is a cadence nobody set — every client in the book has one.
