Platform · Command centre

From the whole company to one person, without changing screen.

Most reporting makes you leave the dashboard to ask a follow-up question. In AcuityQ the scope is a breadcrumb: click a bar and every chart, table and counter on the page re-reads itself at the new level. The question you ask second is answered on the same screen as the first.

What it does

Six things, stated plainly

Six levels, one scope

Enterprise, line of business, zone, region, branch, person. The breadcrumb is the control; everything on the page follows it, including the tables.

Targets that are loaded, not typed

Revenue, account and SIP targets uploaded as a sheet or set in place, with live achievement, gap and over-achievement at every level beneath.

Productivity as effort, not activity

Calls, meetings and reactivations weighted to comparable units, so a desk that makes forty calls is not automatically ahead of one that made four meetings that closed.

Leaderboards with configurable metrics

Ranking on the metric the business chooses, with badges the admin defines. Broadcast to a team from the same screen.

Thresholds that act

A rule is a metric, a level, a boundary and an action — alert a named role, raise a coaching task, re-assign, freeze, or generate a review deck. Not a report somebody might read.

SLA and escalations in view

Breaches, breaching-soon and the escalation ladder, at whatever scope the breadcrumb is set to, so a regional head sees their own region rather than the national total.

Screen flow

A question, answered in four clicks

The same page throughout. Nothing below is a different report.

  1. Revenue is behind

The enterprise dashboard shows the month tracking under target. One number, no context yet.

    Manager
  2. Which line of business

Click the weakest column. Scope becomes that line of business; every chart re-reads.

    One click
  3. Which region

Again. The achievement table now lists regions as children of that line of business.

    One click
  4. Which branch, which person

Two more. The person view shows their calls, talk time, conversion, pitch adherence and open pipeline.

    One click
  5. Act from there

Raise a coaching task, re-assign the book through a governed transfer, or set a threshold so the same drop raises itself next time.

How it actually behaves

What a threshold rule looks like

Each rule is a metric, the level it is watched at, the boundary, and what happens. The action is the part most tools leave out, which is why most alerting is ignored within a month.

MetricLevelAction when crossed
Lead conversion %BranchDashboard alert, e-mail to the branch head, and an automatic task on the branch.
First response timeQueueAlert L2 and re-assign to the next available agent on that desk.
Calls per person per dayPersonCoaching task raised on the team leader, not on the person.
SLA breach countRegionEscalate to the regional head with a compliance copy.
Trade compliance flagsDealerFreeze further order placement on that desk and open a compliance review.
Geo-fence mismatchPersonFlag to the branch head for verification — not an automatic accusation.

Rules are created by the business admin, not by us, and every firing is recorded with the value that caused it so a disputed alert can be checked.

Who works here

The roles this module belongs to

AcuityQ™ is one platform. What a person sees is decided by the capabilities their role holds and the scope they sit in — see every role side by side.

Manager / supervisor

Sees the whole organisation and can drill from it to one person without changing screen. Sets targets, thresholds and escalation policy, and approves the transfers that move a book from one person to another.

Honest limits

What this module does not do

Stated here so nobody spends a procurement cycle discovering it. If one of these is a requirement, say so early and we will tell you whether it is on the roadmap or simply not our product.

It is not a planning tool

Targets are loaded into AcuityQ and measured there. Building the plan — modelling scenarios, negotiating numbers — happens wherever it happens today.

It is not a BI platform

The drill answers questions about leads, cases, quotes and people. There is no modelling layer and no arbitrary SQL; where you need that, the export and the Power BI route exist.

It will not fix an unowned metric

A threshold needs a named role to act on it. A rule that alerts a mailbox nobody owns is worse than no rule, and we will say so during configuration.

Questions

What a buyer asks in the second meeting

Can a regional head see another region?

Only if their role holds the capability and their scope contains it. The drill is bounded by entitlement: the breadcrumb will not offer a level the person cannot reach, and the API refuses it as well as the interface.

Where do the hierarchy and the reporting lines come from?

From your HRMS, synchronised rather than maintained twice. When somebody resigns or moves, the reporting line moves with them and the transfers-and-approvals queue raises their book for re-assignment.

How current are the figures?

The dashboard carries the time of the roll-up on its face. Some feeds are real time and some are scheduled; the page tells you which rather than implying everything is live.
